Tampa, FL (Betting Express) - Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender Mathieu Garon will be sidelined 3-to-4 weeks with a torn groin muscle.

Garon suffered the injury extending to stop a shot in the early stages of Tuesday's home game against the Ottawa Senators.

The 34-year-old Quebec native has won six of his last seven decisions.

Overall this season, his first with Tampa Bay, Garon has compiled a 23-16-4 record with a 2.85 goals-against average and .901 save percentage.
