Carl Crawford and Nick Green each drove in a run for the Devil Rays, who avenged a 12-10 loss to the Rangers in the opener of the two-game series on Wednesday. Mark Teixeira and Kevin Mench homered for the Rangers, who had won their previous two games.

Jose Hernandez drove in three runs in the losing effort. After the Angels rallied to tie the game with a run in the bottom of the ninth, Cabrera led off the 10th and drove a 3-1 offering from Jason Davis over the wall in left field and the Angels were victorious.

Seattle, WA (Betting Express) - Rich Harden threw seven shutout innings and Mark Kotsay hit a two-run homer to lead the Oakland Athletics to a 3-0 victory over Seattle at Safeco Field. Harden (2-0) struck out eight and allowed just five hits with two walks. The righthander has not allowed a run in 15 innings over his last two starts. Mark Ellis drove in a run for the A's, who avenged a 7-6 loss to the Mariners in the opener of the two-game series on Wednesday. Ryan Franklin (1-2) threw eight innings for the Mariners and was charged with three runs on four hits. Bret Boone had two hits for Seattle, which had won its previous two games.
