Edinburgh, Scotland (Betting Express) - Celtic had little problem winning 3-0 Sunday at Easter Road against an improved Hibernian side in Scottish Premier League action. Craig Bellamy scored his first league goal and Stilian Petrov and John Hartson also netted for Celtic, which moved within four points of first-place Rangers. The Bhoys, however, still have two games in hand on their crosstown rival. Celtic greatly improved its position in the table this weekend. Rangers missed an opportunity to pick up three points Saturday when it gave up a late goal in a 1-1 draw with Inverness at Ibrox. Rangers now leads the league with 72 points from 29 games, while Celtic has 68 points from 27 contests. It took very little time for Martin O'Neill's side to silence the raucous Hibs crowd, as Petrov quickly gave the visitors the lead when he struck in the fifth minute. He picked up a loose ball in the area and cooly placed it in the corner of the net for the match's first goal. Petrov's strike set the tone for a lopsided contest that was thoroughly dominated by the defending Scottish champions. Hartson eventually doubled the advantage before half and Bellamy's persistent hard work paid off with a second-half goal to make it a 3-0 game. Hibernian did avoid being shut out when Guilliam Beuzelim volleyed home a shot in the waning moments.
