Glasgow, Scotland (Betting Express) - Rangers lost two points when it allowed a late injury-time strike by Inverness' Bryan Pruntry during a 1-1 Scottish Premier League draw Saturday at Ibrox.

After a largely uneventful first half, Rangers grabbed the lead on a thrilling finish from Barry Ferguson. The former club captain scored his first goal since returning from the English Premier League when he scored in the 57th minute.

But Pruntry, a former Celtic product, spoiled the day for the SPL leaders. He slid the ball past a charging Ronald Waterreus just before the final whistle to take two points right out from under Rangers.

Ferguson's goal looked like Rangers would increase its lead over crosstown rival Celtic to nine points. Instead, Rangers' advantage is now only seven with Celtic having played three less games. Martin O'Neill's side will take the field Sunday at Hibernian looking to reduce the gap.

Aberdeen also produced a solid road result when it posted a 1-0 win at Kilmarnock. Kevin McNaughton scored the match's only goal in the 80th minute.

Livingston, meanwhile, won at Dundee, 1-0, behind a goal from Burton O'Brien.

In other SPL action, Dunfermline and Hearts played to a 1-1 draw and Motherwell recorded a 2-0 home victory over Dundee United.
