Glasgow, Scotland (Betting Express) - The Scottish Premier League kicks back into full gear on Saturday, just four days after the entire league played in midweek action.
First-place Rangers will host Inverness, looking to capture its third SPL victory in eight days.
"It has been a great week for us and we are looking forward to the Inverness game," said Rangers manager Alex McLeish. "I know we must be at our best to win."
Inverness sits eighth in the 12-team table with just seven wins through 26 games. However, it has been playing well lately, earning three wins and a tie in its last four league outings. In fact, the last defeat for Inverness came back on January 15 at Dundee.
"I have warned the players they must be at their best because Caley is a team on form," said McLeish.
Rangers heads into the contest without its second-leading scorer, Dado Prso, who has 14 league strikes. Prso is suspended and will be replaced up front by Steven Thompson.
Second-place Celtic travels to Hibernian in Sunday's sole match. Celtic enters the weekend six points behind Rangers, but it does have two matches in hand.
Hibernian is expected to be without midfielder Antonio Murray due to a hip injury.
These two teams have already met twice this season. The first match ended in a 2-2 draw and the second one saw Celtic pull out a 2-1 win.
Saturday's other matches include: Hearts looking to stop a two-game slide at Dunfermline; Livingston hoping for its second straight win on the heels of a seven-game slide when it travels to FC Dundee; Motherwell looks to run its unbeaten string to four as it hosts Dundee United; Aberdeen heads to Kilmarnock in hope of its third consecutive win.
