Prague, Czech Republic (Betting Express) - Goaltender Martin Prusek withdrew from the Czech national team for the World Cup of Hockey due to a hip injury. Prusek, who tends goal for the NHL's Ottawa Senators, will be replaced by Dusan Salficky of CSKA Moscow. Salficky will join Tomas Vokoun and Roman Cechmanek to make up the Czech team's goalies. The Czechs have already replaced Robert Lang, Pavel Kubina and Frantisek Kaberle. They open the tournament on Monday against Finland in Helsinki.
