Philadelphia, PA (Betting Express) - The Philadelphia Phillies made it official Tuesday, signing free-agent hurler Chan Ho Park to a one-year contract. Park, 35, spent last season with the Los Angeles Dodgers and appeared in 54 games with five starts. He posted a 4-4 record with two saves and a 3.40 earned run average, 79 strikeouts and 36 walks in 95 1/3 innings. Over 15 MLB seasons, Park has a career 117-92 record and 4.34 ERA in 378 games -- 280 starts -- with the Dodgers, Rangers, Padres and Mets.
