Philadelphia, PA (Betting Express) - Adam Scott cruised to his second PGA Tour victory of the season on Sunday at the Booz Allen Classic and moved up two in this week's Official World Golf Rankings. Scott, who won the Players Championship earlier in 2004, rose to No. 13 this week.

Tiger Woods, who will defend his title at the Western Open this week, held on to first followed by Ernie Els, Vijay Singh, Masters champion and U.S. Open runner-up Phil Mickelson and Davis Love III.

Mike Weir stayed in sixth while U.S. Open winner Retief Goosen kept pat at No. 7. Padraig Harrington, Jim Furyk and Sergio Garcia all held their spots from last week.

Chad Campbell and Kenny Perry switched places from last week with Campbell coming in 11th and Perry in 12th. Scott came up to 13th while Stuart Appleby and Darren Clarke fell one each.

David Toms, Fred Couples, Scott Verplank, Jay Haas and K.J. Choi completed the top-20.

Jean-Francois Remesy of France won his national title, the Open de France, and climbed up 62 places to crack the top-100 at No. 99.
