Mo Williams added 23 points, five boards and four assists for the Cavaliers, who rebounded from a loss Wednesday to Detroit that snapped an eight-game win streak. Delonte West ended with 19 points, and Zydrunas Ilgauskas had 17 in the win. Maurice Evans had 21 points off the bench to pace Atlanta, whose two-game win streak was snapped. Acie Law, also off the bench, finished with 20 points, seven assists and six rebounds for the Hawks.

Miami, FL (Betting Express) - Dwyane Wade continued his brilliant start to the young season as his 38-point, eight-assist effort lifted Miami to a 109-100 victory over the Pacers. Wade, fresh off a 40-point, 11-assist performance, hit 15-of-24 from the field for Miami, which has won two of three. Shawn Marion was solid in recording 18 points, nine rebounds, six steals and four assists, while rookie Michael Beasley added 17 points and six boards. Also, guard Stephon Marbury didn't dress for the game. Nate Robinson had a season-high 27 points, Wilson Chandler tallied 23 and David Lee contributed 22 points and 12 rebounds for the Knicks, who snapped a three-game skid. Chris Duhon had 10 points and 11 assists. Antawn Jamison scored 29 and pulled down 13 rebounds for the Wizards, who fell to 1-10 on the season. Caron Butler scored 23, while Nick Young had 17.

Memphis, TN (Betting Express) - Mehmet Okur scored 23 points, leading the shorthanded Utah Jazz to a 103-94 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies. Ronnie Brewer scored 21 points for the Jazz, who were playing without Carlos Boozer (quad), Deron Williams (ankle) and Kyle Korver (wrist). Morris Almond had 11 points, while Ronnie Price scored 10 in the victory. Utah used a 54.7 percent (41-of-75) shooting night to give the team its third win in four games. Earlier in the day, the Thunder fired head coach P.J. Carlesimo after just 13 games and a league-worst 1-12 record. The change didn't result in a win for Brooks though, as Oklahoma City dropped its 11th straight game and was swept in the home-and-home set. David West had 33 points and eight rebounds for the Hornets, who had lost two straight before beating the Thunder by 25 Friday night. Kevin Durant scored 30 for the Thunder, who also received 17 points from Jeff Green.

Phoenix, AZ (Betting Express) - Shaquille O'Neal registered 19 points with a game-high 17 rebounds as Phoenix topped Portland, 102-92, at US Airways Center. Amare Stoudemire had 17 points and nine boards for the Suns, who snapped a two-game slide and bested Portland for the 11th consecutive time. Steve Nash added 16 points and dished out seven assists. Brandon Roy led all players with 26 points for the Blazers, who had won three of four coming in.
