Jeff Clement added a solo home run in the win, Seattle's eighth straight at Petco Park.
Erik Bedard was solid through 5 2/3 innings to earn the win for the Mariners. The left-hander allowed one run on three hits, while striking out three and walking three batters.
Taking the ball for the Mariners this evening will be R.A. Dickey, who is 2-3 with a 4.79 ERA in 12 games (4 starts) this season. He won his last outing on Tuesday against the New York Mets with an 11-0 blanking, in which Dickey hurled seven shutout frames of six-hit ball with five strikeouts and two walks.
