Mark Parrish scored a pair of goals and Garth Snow made 28 saves to back the Isles' effort. Grant Marshall scored the lone goal for the Devils, who have lost just three times in their last 12 (7-2-2-1). All three setbacks have come against the Islanders. Martin Brodeur made 21 saves in defeat. He has allowed 12 goals in the last three meetings with the Islanders after posting shutouts in the three previous matchups. Marshall has scored his first two goals of the season in the last six games. The Devs, who are two points behind first-place Philadelphia, will resume their current road trek Thursday in Washington.
