New York, NY (Betting Express) - Boston Bruins forward Martin Lapointe was suspended for one game by the league on Monday for a high-sticking incident during a game against Tampa Bay on Saturday. Lapointe received a match penalty midway through the third period for high- sticking Tampa Bay's Brad Lukowich in the head. Lapointe will miss Monday's game versus Washington and is eligible to return to the lineup for Tuesday's contest against Ottawa. In 33 games this season, Lapointe has tallied seven goals and four assists.
