West Lafayette, IN (Betting Express) - Purdue head football coach Joe Tiller suspended three players for the Capital One Bowl for being academically ineligible. Cornerback Jacques Reeves is a starter. The other two, defensive tackle Dontrey Flemings and offensive lineman Nick Pilipauskis, are reserves. Reeves is fourth on the Boilermakers with 64 tackles. He has also intercepted two passes. Purdue will take on Georgia in Orlando, Florida on New Year's Day. |
