Cleveland, OH (Betting Express) - Cleveland Indians left-handed pitcher Cliff Lee was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right abdominal muscle, the team announced on Sunday. Lee did not play in an official spring training game after being injured early in camp. He is currently rehabbing in Florida and the move is retroactive to March 22. The 28-year-old compiled a 14-11 mark and a 4.40 ERA in 33 starts in 2006. He has a lifetime 49-28 record with a 4.39 ERA in 109 career starts. The Indians also placed pitcher Matt Miller (right forearm strain), infielder Joe Inglett (left quadriceps strain) and outfielder Franklin Gutierrez (left hamstring strain) on the 15-day DL.
