Sacramento, CA (Betting Express) - The Utah Jazz have suspended guard DeShawn Stevenson indefinitely for conduct detrimental to the team.

The 22-year-old Stevenson was sent back to Salt Lake City just hours before Game 2 of the team's Western Conference quarterfinal series in Sacramento. The Kings lead the series, 1-0, after winning the Saturday's opener at ARCO.

The Mount Washington High School (Cal.) product averaged 4.6 points, 1.4 rebounds and 12.5 minutes in 61 games this season.

Stevenson bypassed the collegiate level and was selected 23rd overall in the 2000 draft.
