Nashville, TN (Betting Express) - Tennessee Titans defensive end Carlos Hall underwent arthroscopic surgery on Thursday to repair torn cartilage in his right knee and is expected to be sidelined for the next three weeks. "This is not something that will typically set him back," said Titans head coach Jeff Fisher. "You go clean it out, you get rid of the swelling and make sure there is no chance for an infection. You strengthen the knee and get back and play. " Hall, a rookie from Arkansas, has four sacks this season. He was hurt in last week's game against Washington and had been starting in place of the injured Jevon Kearse, who suffered a broken foot in the first week of the season. Kearse is not expected to return to the lineup until either October 27 against Cincinnati or November 3 against Indianapolis. The Titans have a bye next week and will be a little thin at defensive end for this Sunday's game against Jacksonville. "We are going to have to move people around and keep them fresh," Fisher said.
