In keeping with our KYC policy we require:
- Proof of ID: A copy of a valid form of ID (Driver's License or Passport)
- Proof of address: A copy of a recent utility bill showing your name and address
Your Passport or Driver's License may also serve as proof of address if all details are clear, if it has not expired and if the address on the ID matches the one on your account. If the address on your ID is different from the one on your account then we will require additional proof of address in the form of a recent utility bill in your name. The bill must be less than 6 months old.
We require you to provide this information *once *only. We will then securely file it for future withdrawals.
Please scan your documents, save them preferably as jpegs and upload them here o our secure server for review. Alternatively, you can take a digital photo with your camera or your phone and upload them in the same way. Please check the quality of your images to ensure that all pertinent information is legible. The attachment or attachments should not exceed 5MB in total and ideally should be much smaller.
PIN-Personal Identification Number
In order to ensure that you are the only person who can withdraw funds from your account, you must enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) before you can make a withdrawal.
