| St. Louis, MO (BettingExpress) - St. Louis Blues goaltender Chris Mason had emergency appendectomy surgery, the team announced on Friday. Mason, who had the procedure on Thursday night, will miss approximately the next two weeks. He has made one appearance this season, a 5-2 loss to the Islanders last Saturday in which he allowed four goals. In his seventh season in the NHL, this is Mason's first in a St. Louis uniform. |
