| Indianapolis, IN (BettingExpress) - The Indiana Pacers signed forward Jeff Foster to a contract extension Tuesday. Per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed. Foster, who is entering his fourth NBA season, averaged 5.7 points and 6.8 rebounds per game last year with the Pacers. "We are extremely happy to extend Jeff since he is a true Pacer," said Pacers president Donnie Walsh. "He wanted to be a Pacer, we wanted him to be a Pacer and he stands for all the values we want the Pacers to stand for." |

The Indianapolis Star reported Saturday that Miller has decided against undergoing injection therapy. | Indianapolis, IN (BettingExpress) - Indiana Pacers guard Reggie Miller will miss the preseason finale on Friday against Minnesota and possibly the regular season-opener versus Houston on October 30 because of a sprained right ankle.
